Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide chauffeuring services to the Managing Director and family members.
  • Ensure vehicle(s) are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Schedule servicing of vehicle(s).
  • Perform minor maintenance on vehicle(s) when necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
  • Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances while driving.
  • Keep all receipts for petrol, parking, toll, vehicle maintenance and repairs, and other records of vehicle(s) and trips properly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on family and work matters.
  • Be punctual with good time management.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience as a personal driver.
  • Physically and medically fit.
  • Must be a non-alcoholic.
  • No criminal records.
  • Clean traffic records and good driving skills.
  • Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, and Selangor routes.
  • Willing to work overtime, and on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Familiar with navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps.
  • Capable of speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly preferred to speak Mandarin.
