As a Printing Production Manager you have responsibility to oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency, ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of company, products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Take responsibility for managing production floor and drive cultural change and make incremental changes to drive through improvements across the Production facility.
- Implement modern manufacturing tools and techniques, identifying potential improvements and implementing in order to increase the KPI.
- Working together with engineering team to arrange maintenance plan for machine and equipment's.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadline.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precaution in production floor.
- Report to upper management Liaise with all the team and Coordinators to ensure optimum service and project realization according to company standards.
- Execute a professional, high quality printing process. - Train and manage the printing team to enhance thir skill and competency.
- Prepare data and analysis on the production KPI for monthly performance management meeting.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Packaging Technologist or Printing Engineer with management background.
- Several years of packaging experience within the several Multinational Tobacco industries would be beneficial.
- Excellent technical skills in Printing and Converting of packaging materials, Cigarette manufacturing experience would be preferred.
- Comprehensive project management experience Planning to Realization.
- Willing to be placed in Indonesia
