Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at AIU International School. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, implementing academic programs, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Educational Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Curriculum Development skills
- Experience in staff management and academic program implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational institution
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience as a principal in a reputed International, government, or private school
