Job Responsibilities:- To ensure the daily operation is smooth and be able to meet the output of the machine and equipment for every week and month.
Take accountability for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to support manufacturing productivity with complete strategy, reports and solutions.- Ensure the machinery and equipment are running smoothly and reliably. Provide Immediately respond to operation breakdown troubleshooting and emergency support. (Including the appointed inspection and facility equipment that impact to production operation).
Plan and carry out the schedular maintenance and calibration on time. Participate in cost reduction, cost saving, machine set-up and improve efficiency of machines repair time.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policy, QMS and EMS, related systems, and processes. To lead to reduce the non-compliance for the department.
To lead the team to constantly review and analyse current equipment performance, to identify and propose potential improvement opportunity on system / equipment / machinery, to enhance machine serviceability, reduce downtime, increase throughput, reduce rejects, and cut down running cost.- To investigate the process and quality failure resulted from equipment / process for a permanent solution to fix them. To establish and develop standard operation procedure (SOP) for machinery and equipment and its process.
To lead or execute engineering activities, including process validation / annual re-validation for operation equipment / material upgrading qualification, engineering study and related to NCR & CAPAs issue.
- To initiate and evaluating new technology in bringing the new technology to the site to introduce and improve the product quality or improve the machine efficiency. To carry out the change request and evaluate the change effect on validated process.
Good manner and effective communication skill with all levels in the organization, business partner, customer to meet the on-time delivery and process requirement. To have no escalation issues be raised of it.- Quality mind set: Predict, Prevent and Protect by see something, say something, and do something to close any quality, cost, or efficiency gap, by Conduct improvement activities and auditing with traceability record.
