Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Education
Position Title: Preschool Teacher / Preschool English Teacher
- Working Location: Hougang
Working Hours: Monday Friday (9 hours between 7 AM - 7 PM)
- Salary: Basic Salary up to $3,900 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children.- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play etc.) to teach children.
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
- Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colours, do crafts etc.).- Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
Track childrens progress and report to parents.
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the childrens background and psyche.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.- Candidates completing their Diploma will be considered too.
Preferably with Montessori knowledge or experience.
