What is your mission

As a New Business Associate, you will provide excellent service to our partner brands by generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, setting appointments, and assisting with marketing activities.

More details:

• Generate and qualify actionable leads through cold calling and set appointments with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Communicate timely and effectively with relevant sales managers.
• Assist with marketing activities such as organizing events, consolidating leads, coordinating with vendors, and tracking ROI.
• Create consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and our company's advertising solutions.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed, supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.

Who are looking for

• Candidates must be Malaysian residents and does not require visa or work permits from the company.
• Fluency in Malay and English is required to support and understand the local market context.
• Minimum educational qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in a media-related field or marketing (preferred).
• Ideally, candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.
• Candidates must be highly self-motivated, energetic, and sales-driven with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language are required.
