Job Description

Responsibilities | As the Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be:

  • Assist Account/Client Managers in qualifying opportunities by providing pre-sales technical support.
Deliver in-depth product demonstrations to customers and business partners.
Provide training to partners on product solutions. Contribute to and refine technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Conduct customer demonstrations and presentations.
Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POCs).
  • Manage POC assets.
Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions as needed.
  • Recommend and influence market content.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications & Experience
| About you: In-depth knowledge of vendor products and general networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, and experience with switches, routers, and firewalls in intranet/internet environments.
  • Strong understanding of
network and security concepts. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,
  • 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
