Responsibilities | As the Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be:
- Assist Account/Client Managers in qualifying opportunities by providing pre-sales technical support.
Deliver in-depth product demonstrations to customers and business partners.Provide training to partners on product solutions.
Contribute to and refine technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
- Conduct customer demonstrations and presentations.
Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POCs). Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions as needed.
- Recommend and influence market content.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Qualifications & Experience
| About you:
In-depth knowledge of vendor products and general networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, and experience with switches, routers, and firewalls in intranet/internet environments
.network and security concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
