Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Presales Consultant will play a crucial role in identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and providing technical expertise during the presales process. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful positioning and delivery of our products/services.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for HRIS solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of HRIS products and services.
- Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of INTERCORP BAS solutions to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how BAS can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional BAS modules and services.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and advancements in HRIS & Biometric technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices, to continually enhance presales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects and implementation consultants, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Experience in presales consulting or solution architecture roles, with a focus on HRIS / HR solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering presales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of HR solutions to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical HR solutions and Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively
