  • Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Pre-Sales Executives in Kuala Lumpur. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and technology. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by understanding customer needs, preparing solutions, and providing product demonstrations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:

    - Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

    - Build strong relationships with prospective customers and communicate effectively to gather detailed information.
  • 2. Product Demonstrations:

- Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and advantages to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • 3. Solution Preparation:

- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

- Prepare technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
  • 4. Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to better understand the market landscape.

- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and product development teams.
  • 5. Support Sales Activities:

- Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings and presentations.

- Provide support during the sales process, including follow-ups and customer communications.
  • 6. Training and Development:

- Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and technical skills.

- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
  • Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Strong interest in technology and sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of IT products and solutions is a plus
  • Preferred Skills:

- Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or IT is beneficial but not required.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
