Job Title: Pre-Sales Data Analytics Manager / Pre-Sales Manager Analytics
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Data Analytics Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on demonstrating the value of advanced analytics solutions and translating them into tangible business outcomes for clients.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales and client engagement teams, taking ownership of technical engagements across all analytical products offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements, ensuring effective communication of analytical solutions to clients.
- Work closely with sales teams on strategies, solution demos and tailored presentations.
- Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting and adopting analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with client challenges and market trends.
- Drive the design of proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and prototypes.
- Maximize the use of the company's product portfolio.
- Keep a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends.
- Support in managing the sales pipeline by providing insights and contributing to deal strategy development.
- Mentor junior team members with the potential for formal management responsibilities as the team grows.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ yrs experience in pre-sales, consulting, or analytics-related role with focus on data-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of analytics products, data science concepts and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop tailored demos, proposals and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and clients.
- Leadership experience or willingness to mentor and lead teams.
