Qualification:
- At least 5+ years experience as a SharePoint & Power Platform developer.
- Extensive experience in Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flows, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Strong knowledge on SharePoint online modern UI, permissions, out of the box webparts and features, user profile services, sites templates, Hub sites, administration portal etc.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.
- Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
- Experience creating standalone highly customized Canvas Apps with fully configurable user interfaces and layouts.
- Ability to think, architect and design the UX of the App while simplifying the source system features with replicating the functionalities using SharePoint OOB, Power Platform and Azure services features.
- Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow.
- A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas, limitations, Power Platform licensing, and development methods.
- Proficient creating PowerShell scripts using CSOM, PnP Power Shell and other modules.
- Experience in migration of SharePoint applications using Share Gate.
- Preferred Certifications:PL 900 and PL 400 - Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- Strong fundamental .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong database knowledge in SQL.
- Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audiences
