Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Daily Stock Count exercise - ALL branches
  • Ensure performance of daily cycle count by ALL branches as per stocktake calendar.
  • Ensure stock take guideline is adhered to for completeness and accuracy.
  • Stock take reconciliation are done accurately (only valid documents are accepted for reconciling).
  • PPE verification - ALL Branches & support centre
  • Ensure all tangible fixed assets in ALL branches and support centre are tagged for identification purpose.
  • Annual full PPE verification done for ALL branches and support centre.
  • Ensure damage / non-existence PPE are written off.
  • PPE
  • Ensure all PPE movements (acquisition, write-offs, disposals, transfers) are recorded correctly for month end closing purpose.
  • Audit
  • Attend to audit request with TAT of 2 working days.
  • Reporting
  • Preparation of supporting schedules for month end closing.
  • Assist in cost allocation for Branch P&L.
  • Assist in preparation of yearly tax computation.
  • Quarterly Management Assertion presentation to Board.
  • Assist in compilation of month commentary.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English. Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, mature, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedicated and committed to meet deadlines.
