Functional
- To apply market knowledge in advisory, advisory managed and discretionary portfolio management to promote the full product range to meet client's needs.
- Work closely with Private bankers to develop best roadmap for clients on asset allocation which are in line with client risk profile, the bank's investment strategy and adhere to internal compliance and local regulations.
- Develop plans to increase product awareness amongst private bankers and clients on new product offerings.
- Hit or exceed revenue forecasts and ultimately meet customer needs by driving new investment flows and retain existing business
Organizational
- Collaborate strategically with Management teams of other business segments and sales channels to solicit high net worth referral, upgrade and business opportunity.
- Responsible for achieving targets and contributing towards the Private Banking business, in line with the bank's Wealth Management Strategy.
- Responsible for PBC audit and compliance in line with the Bank's internal policy, standard and procedures and other regulatory requirements.
Education/Qualification
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or a related field from any recognized university.
Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant banking and wealth management experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in UHNW/HWN banking and wealth management products and related experience.
- Proven track record of accomplishment in the management of HNW segment.

- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills - able to collaborate with a large diverse team, and foster strong teamwork within Priority Banking Centre.
- Able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated and result-driven.
- Develop young talent for Private bankers.
Certification/Licensing Requirements
- Possess relevant certification and licenses in Investment, Treasury and Bancassurance.
