The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between overseas employees, product managers, and domestic account managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Facilitate clear and accurate communication across teams, including translating documents and interpreting during meetings as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of e-commerce projects on the Shopify platform, ensuring all parties are aligned and project milestones are met.
- Provide insights and advice to the team to enhance business strategies and operations in the region.
- Monitor e-commerce trends and provide feedback to the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various initiatives and ensure seamless integration of our software solutions.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of business practices and culture in Hong Kong.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international company.
- Knowledge of the Shopify platform and related e-commerce tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
