The PMO (CEO Office) will closely collaborate with the CEO to enhance productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and ensuring clear communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management, with a focus on executive advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Represent the CEO in meetings, via email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
Create reports and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Support the CEO in meetings, ensuring the completion of action items.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a liaison between the CEO, other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and involvement in decision-making processes.
Coordinate communication between the CEO and Head of Departments.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making with the CEO and senior management team.
Research and recommend new policies and strategies.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Project & Program Management:
Manage and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
Align project scopes with the CEO, set timelines, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with related parties.
Identify and manage project risks, providing recommendations to mitigate them.
Monitor project progress, providing the CEO with timely updates.
Develop and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Analysis & Reporting:
Provide on-demand data-driven insights and analysis to support CEO decision-making.
Design and deliver relevant company dashboards and presentations for internal and external communications.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, confidential files and data records.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, providing insights to inform strategic direction.
Manage and prioritize the CEO's external engagements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
At least 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS, consulting firm or in a fast-paced international environment.
Self starter with strong project management, analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, attention to details, and learning agility.
Strong data analytics and digital literacy.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, other software is a plus e.g. Hubspot, Confluence, etc
