Design process and prepare samples for FA and new products.- Prepare and submit FA document.
Audit and monitor production on process control, trigger production to take action if non-compliances were found, and re-audit on corrective action until process compliance.
- Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) individually or in teams when found process & quality issue.
Manage all Plating Process Engineering responsibilities, improvements, and innovations- Develop processes and procedures for new product and process improvement, and conduct training sessions with production staff.
PCPF preparation and attend customer audit activities on process design & control.
- Provide root cause analysis and solution on quality issue due to process complained by customer.
Lead improvement activities and provide R&D support for new process development and improvement project activities.- Conduct training for production team on process and process control.
Meet requirement for Safety, 5S, Company policy & regulation, and environmental policy implement.
