Responsibilities
- Managing operational aspects of the exchange platform, with a strong emphasis on content creation and optimization
- Enhancing and optimizing platform operational tools such as outreach tools, user authentication, and version management
- Leading the execution of key business projects, ensuring coordination and timely delivery
- Developing foundational content including user education materials and help guides, focusing on improving user experience
- Participating in the design and development of core products, overseeing requirements, development, and deployment processes
Requirements And Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3-8 years of experience in internet operations
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in the context of internet-based projects
- Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing insights to drive operational optimizations.
- Demonstrated product management capabilities, including experience in requirement documentation and development oversight
- Preferred: Prior experience in the financial industry
- Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
