• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Planning Executive/Supervisor at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) located in Pasir Gudang. Main responsibilities include daily planning tasks i.e., production planning, marketing, and operations, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and efficiency through stakeholder communication.

• Qualifications

Minimum Diploma and above.

• Minimum 1 year experience in production planning and scheduling.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Job Scope

Prepare daily packing instructions for edible oils and fats, including drums, IBCs, and flexibags.

• Plan daily and weekly oil requirements, along with necessary packing materials.

Monitor material inventory and packing progress, adjusting schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

• Coordinate with suppliers for receiving schedules and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to schedule product deliveries effectively.
