Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain & consolidate sales order & forecast by interface with SAP system.
Translate forecast into production plans and priorities by develop & schedule production line maximize volume according to the line capacity to meet customer demand and on time delivery requirement.- Analyzing actual production performances versus plans and work closely with Production Managers to improve productivity.
Answer and liaise with customer on an issue pertaining to customer order or late deliveries and rush orders.
- Translate demand into rolling forecast for material requirement and provide rolling forecast to the Purchasing Department. Communicate and follow-up regularly with Purchasing Department to ensure continually of material supply.
To review, control and monitor stock inventory at an acceptable stock level, to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation by setting up the target safety stock.- Preparing delivery performances report and liaise with production supervisor on any issue pertaining to production performances.
Preparing month end report and report to Account Department.
- To perform any others duties as assigned by Superior.
