Job Description:- Responsible for project planning, assist in preparing and coordinating the development of Master Work Programme (MWP) and construction project plans for assigned projects as required.
Responsible for progress reporting, providing updates in MWP for assigned projects on a fortnight and/or monthly basis.- Responsible for document preparation, including preparing and updating reports & other required documents such as Monthly Progress Reports, Coordination Meeting Report, etc.
Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EoT) reports as required.
- Assist in risk management planning - planning for possible risks and listing of contingency plans and mitigation strategies on a monthly basis.
Assist in preparing technical submissions (e.g. proposed work programme, organization chart and CV of respective key personnel, proposed logistic planning, proposed plant & machinery, & proposed method statement) for tender submission purpose on a need basis.- Liaise with various stakeholder (e.g. Finance, HR, Purchasing, and Site) in obtaining necessary documents for project budget monitoring purpose on a monthly basis.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts on a quarterly basis.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
Candidates must possess at least
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Candidates with experience in infrastructure highway is an added advantage.- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred
Possess ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders
- Self-starter to initiate and propose solutions
