Monitor and analyze campaign performance by tracking KPIs, reviewing market reports, sales trends, and client feedback to ensure optimal execution and measurable success.
Facilitate and lead brainstorming sessions to refine communication strategies, suggest innovative improvements, and present new concepts to clients.
Oversee the planning and execution of digital initiatives, including workshops, webinars, and digital events, leveraging tools and other relevant platforms to enhance engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or brand strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, such as Communications Manager or similar.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
Strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail, able to assess data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
