Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to Sip N Slices recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, such as salads, sides, and beverages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and notifying the supervisor of any shortages.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring all items are stored correctly.
- 4. Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handwashing, food handling, and storage practices.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure the store meets hygiene standards.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Support fellow crew members by assisting with their tasks during busy periods.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow cash handling policies and procedures to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Assist in managing online orders and coordinating delivery or pickup services.
- 7. Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, such as handing out flyers or participating in local events.
- Provide suggestions for menu improvements and customer service enhancements.
- Stay updated on Sip N Slices menu offerings, promotions, and special deals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or store manager to support overall store operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,540.00 per month
