RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides treatment / intervention according to the prescribed plan, including task oriented activities, and patient/family counseling and activities.
Evaluates patient response to treatment / intervention and makes recommendations on changes in treatment as required.- Maintains records on each patient concerning treatment/intervention provided, including both subjective and objective data.
Assist in clerical work whenever necessary.
- To wear or use any protective equipment and uniform provided by the employer.
To perform other duties as & when required by Head of Service from time to time
* Diploma in Occupational Therapy
