Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in finding products, providing information about medications and health products under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Sales Transactions: Process sales using the cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts to customers.
Inventory Management: Stock shelves, check for expired products, and assist in inventory counts.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of the pharmacys product range and stay updated on new products and promotions.
Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the pharmacy is clean, tidy, and well-organized. This includes cleaning shelves, floors, and common areas.
Assistance to Pharmacist: Support the pharmacist with tasks as needed, including preparing and labeling medications.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow all pharmacy regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English. Additional Mandarin language skills are a plus.
