Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cief Pets team as an intern. As a Cief Pets, you will work closely with our team of logistics experts to assist in providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate and timely information related.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to our logistics services.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in maintaining customer databases and records.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma degree in business, logistics, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and language..
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
