Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, nail clipping, and brushing.
  • Assess pets conditions before grooming and consult with owners if needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming tools and workspace.
  • Ensure all pets safety and comfort during the grooming process.
  • Assist in managing appointments and handling inquiries.
  • Provide guidance to pet owners on aftercare and grooming tips.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in pet grooming or as an assistant groomer is preferred.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of pet grooming techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Ability to handle pets with patience and compassion.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of animal behavior and signs of health concerns.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
