KPI oriented to achieve daily/monthly sales target.

• Understand the sales & retail work environment is not the same as office hour work.

Long hours work. (8:00 - 19:00)

• Committed and punctual

Proactive and passionate

• Familiar with social media tools

Skill in taking & editing photo/video will be an added advantage.

• Open to be relocated will be an added advantage since we are hiring for multiple locations

Immediate availability preferred

• Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided.

• Respond promptly & professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions

Assist customers with selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs

• Process bookings/reservations ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality

Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing & record keeping purposes

• Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary

Ensure cleanliness/orderliness within lobby area as well as other common areas that are visible from front desk
