Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided.
- Respond promptly & professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions
Assist customers with selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs- Process bookings/reservations ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality
Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing & record keeping purposes
- Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary
Ensure cleanliness/orderliness within lobby area as well as other common areas that are visible from front desk
EPF/SOCSO/EIS provided- Allowances (OT, Travel, Meal, Relocation etc)
Uniform and t-shirt provided
