This is a part-time/full-time hybrid role as a Associates Consultant and Associates Manager at Al Isra Group. As a Associates Consultant or Associates Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales, promoting our takaful products and services, identifying and engaging with potential customers, and managing client relationships. This role will be based in Johor Baharu or Kluang, with flexibility for remote work.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly takaful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns- Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is highly recommended- Minimum of SPM or equivalent with 5 credit
Fluency in English and Malay
