Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000
Location: Kawasan Industri Rawang Perdana, Rawang
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM) Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Organize and maintain files and records.- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Other administrative tasks as required.
Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.- A relevant Certificate or Diploma in Administrative or any other related fields.
Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
- Experienced in managing expenses reports.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be able to work independently.- Conversant in both English / Malay languages.

Pay: RM4,- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
