Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide timely and safe transportation to and from various locations, including business meetings, social events, and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully functional vehicle at all times.
  • Plan and adjust routes to avoid traffic and ensure the quickest and most efficient travel.
  • Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings and ensure that all items are secure during transit.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and others.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance, including scheduling regular servicing and addressing any repairs.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Be available to respond to last-minute schedule changes or emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and sensitive information.
  • Perform dispatch work, including delivering and collecting documents, packages, and other items as needed.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Valid drivers license with Class B2, D, and GDL endorsements.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
  • Hardworking, with a good attendance record and punctuality.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices such as Waze and Google Maps.
  • Willingness to travel to outstations if required.
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays, including outstations as needed. (Overtime pay will be provided.)
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move packages and materials when necessary.
  • Respectful, friendly, and honest.
