- Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. This role involves providing personalised care and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients at our clinic.
- Handle registration and overall clinic management
- Assist doctor during appointments and provide assistance as instructed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
- Monitor patient comfort and address any immediate needs or concerns
- SPM required
