As a dynamic and versatile Personal and Business Assistant (PBA), you will be the executives right hand, ensuring seamless integration of their personal and professional lives. You will be involved in a diverse range of tasks from business projects and technical support to personal errands and social media management. Your role is crucial in driving efficiency, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the executives ability to focus on strategic and priorities. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will enable the executive to maximize productivity and achieve both personal and business objectives.

3-5 years of relevant working experiences.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.- High ability to meet timelines with quality work.
Great attention to details and diligent.
- Able to handle ad-hoc and last-minute requirements well.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions is an advantage.
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with common digital tools and platforms.
Intermediate level in MS Excel.- Posses at least Diploma in any discipline.
Required language: Strong in English; nice to have: Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
