Role Overview: The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive, ensuring efficient management of their day-to-day activities and commitments. The role demands a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual capable of handling confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is able to anticipate the executive's needs.

Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and record-keeping.

Personal Support:_
- Assist with personal tasks such as running errands, managing personal schedules, and coordinating household management.
Organize and manage events or social activities as required.- Provide support during business trips, including travel logistics and itinerary management.
_Liaison & Coordination:
_- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the executive.

Project Management:_
- Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.- Support the executive in strategic planning and execution of initiatives.
_Confidentiality & Discretion:
_- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure that all personal and business affairs of the executive are managed with discretion and care.

Qualifications:_
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.- Valid drivers license and ability to travel when necessary.
