Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
Assist in preparing for executive meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and meeting materials.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Process expense reports and manage financial records related to the CEO's activities.
Handle personal matters, such as organizing appointments, managing household tasks, and coordinating family events.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
