Position: PA to Managing Director

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
  • JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Provide secretarial duties to Chairperson in Meeting their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Handle personal, private and matters.
Represent the Chairperson during his absence, and coordinate work with others to ensure smooth operations according to Chairpersons Instruction.
  • Perform administrative function including incoming/outgoing mails, calls, typing letters, memos, reports, proposals, proper filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangement (eg: Visa application, flight & hotel reservation, etc) for Chairperson and personal indicated by Chairperson.
  • Liaise with Foundation Project Officers and Corporate Communication Team to understand and follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring the Chairperson is kept informed of progress and any issues that arise.
Perform ad-hoc task assigned by Chairperson.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Business Studies/Administration / Secretarial/ Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Pleasant personality, diligent and presentable in speaking.
  • Good command in English, Bahasa, Mandarin or Cantonese (MUST)
Have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
  • Must have own transportation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female, Age below 35 years old
  • REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
Basic: RM 6,
  • 00 RM 7,000.00
  • 5 Days work - Mon Fri
Medical Insurance Coverage
  • EPF, Socso & EIS Contribution
Performance Bonus & 13 months salary
  • Birthday leave
Dental RM 750/annum
  • Optical USD 200 (every 2 year once)
Annual leave 16 days, increase 2 days in every year
