Follow-up on urgent matters and issues.
- Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
Organizing travel and itineraries.- Conducting or preparing any research as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff and business associates.
- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
To advise the superior impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitment. (e.g.: presentations, meetings, reports).- Ensure guests meeting with the superior are well taken care of.
Handle and follow-up on customers concerns/complaints channeled through the department.
- Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, and agendas.
Convey, coordinate, and follow up on the instructions of the superior to the respective management staff and other related offices.- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondences on behalf of the superior.
To handle all ad-hoc matters and tasks as may be assigned from time to time as and when required
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant within Property Development Industry. Pleasant personality.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
