Ensure diary commitments are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary and related documents.
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondences on behalf of the GMD.
Minute general meetings as required and research for information that do not have supporting documentation.- Ensure guests meeting with the GMD are well taken care of.
Handle and follow-up on customers concerns/complaints channeled through the GMDs Office.
- Meet all deadlines as required by the GMD.
Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, and agendas.- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and business associates.
Maintain good filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Convey, coordinate, and follow up on the instructions of the GMD to the respective management staff and other related offices.
Undertake other special assignments, and ad-hoc functions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Prior experience in Personal Assistant role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external parties.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities- Proficient in using customer service tools and software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
