Job Description

Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Monitor and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Assist in the coordination and management of interior fit-out projects, including liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and ensure the Director is kept informed of any updates.
Prepare project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, handling communications with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Arrange and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Assist the Director in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and financial documentation related to projects and office operations.
Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Directors office, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with IT support.
Organize office events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Ensure the Director's office is organized and equipped with necessary materials and resources.
Assist the Director with personal tasks, including managing personal appointments, travel, and household affairs.
  • Handle personal communications and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Director.
  • Provide support in managing the Directors personal and professional commitments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,
  • 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
