We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Director. The successful candidate will oversee daily administrative duties, manage schedules, and facilitate seamless communication and operations. Schedule Management: Maintain and organize the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes for meetings.
Document Management:
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents while maintaining an organized filing system for easy information retrieval.Project Assistance:
Assist the Managing Director with various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution.Event Coordination: Support the planning and organization of both internal and external events, such as conferences, board meetings, and corporate events.
- Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational capabilities; attention to detail.
Education:
A Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.Attributes:
