Controlling access to the director and communicate information to others on behalf of Director.
Maintain a well-organized filing system to secure confidential files and documents.
Coordinate with all relevant bodies / departments on discussions and follow up accordingly.
To undertake and execute any ad-hoc projects as and when required.
To manage, coordinate, and maintain correspondence, reports, documentations, meeting and appointments of Director.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management/ Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
