Job Responsibilities - Perform all secretarial and administrative duties and functions as required by the Director.
Exercise good judgements in managing priorities, ensuring efficient scheduling and a smooth flow of the Directors appointments, including organizing all meetings (internal and external) and making travel arrangements.- Facilitate meetings by preparing necessary documents, briefing materials, presentations, and taking minutes.
Prepare official correspondence, memorandum, agendas, and external letters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director, fostering and maintaining positive relationships with key contacts.
Collaborate closely with all departments to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate effective communication.- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with with staff at all levels.
Organize and manage confidential documents and records, ensuring an efficient filing system for easy data retrieval.
- Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required.

At least a Diploma/Degree with Business Studies / Administration / Business Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Experience in the wellness, clinic, supplement business, or a related field (preferred).- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Good computer literacy.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in handling various situations and demands.
Possesses energy and a positive attitude, is a team player, capable of multitasking, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
