Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible to support CEO and general admin matters.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare business presentation slides for CEO.
  • Schedule meeting, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on action plan.
  • Assist in drafting communications and LinkedIn page for CEO.
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel, accommodation and claim submission for CEO and ExCom members.
  • Prepare agenda and liaise with relevant department for internal guest visit.
  • Assist HR and Admin Department in organizing company event and support in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to design poster and video editing for internal events.
  • HR support during events.
  • Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years good experience.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel to plant in Port Klang or Puncak Alam when necessary.
  • Good communication skills, creative thinking and organizational ability.
  • Possess positive and strong work ethic, high energy and passionate.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • High adaptability to change priorities and schedule.
