Job Purpose:
Responsible to support CEO and general admin matters.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare business presentation slides for CEO.
- Schedule meeting, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on action plan.
- Assist in drafting communications and LinkedIn page for CEO.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel, accommodation and claim submission for CEO and ExCom members.
- Prepare agenda and liaise with relevant department for internal guest visit.
- Assist HR and Admin Department in organizing company event and support in administrative tasks.
- Ability to design poster and video editing for internal events.
- HR support during events.
- Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Minimum 2 years good experience.
- Applicants must be willing to travel to plant in Port Klang or Puncak Alam when necessary.
- Good communication skills, creative thinking and organizational ability.
- Possess positive and strong work ethic, high energy and passionate.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- High adaptability to change priorities and schedule.
