Job Responsibilities: - Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as required.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's temple visits, including scheduling and necessary arrangements.- Liaise with temple officials and other relevant parties to organize rituals, ceremonies, and related events.
Ensure all preparations for temple-related activities are meticulously handled and aligned with Buddhist practices.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's professional calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the CEO's directives are implemented efficiently.- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Attend trainings, meetings, conferences, or events with the CEO when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO.
To perform other duties and ad-hoc task as assigned by the CEO.
Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or equivalent.- Proven Three (3) years working experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding and respect for Buddhist practices and principles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with a high level of proficiency.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Age range of 26-35 years old.
- Must be willing and able to travel overseas as required.
