Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings of the General Manager
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation slides, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure the proper filing and security of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate communication between the Operations Department and other departments within the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain various operational reports, logs, and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files and records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess business administration, secretarial or equivalent education.
  • Candidate must have 3 years and above work experience.
  • Required language: English, Malay and Mandarin. Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
