Job Description:- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, provide timely reminders of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
Efficiently manage and filter emails, responding to or forwarding them as required.- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, encompassing flights, accommodation, transportation, and necessary visas.
Manage expenses and maintain meticulous financial records.
- Answer and thoughtfully screen phone calls, ensuring comprehensive message-taking when required.
Research information, gather data, and prepare summaries or briefs.- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Assist in resolving day-to-day issues and challenges that may arise.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of both personal and professional events with meticulous attention to detail.
Any other duties/tasks as may be assigned by the Director and when needed.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- At least 1-2 years related work experience.
Candidate language skills must include
Mandarin and local language.
- Proficient in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Prepared to adhere to the employer's requirements, which may occasionally entail working evenings or weekends to accommodate special events or urgent tasks.- Willing to travel overseas
frequently.
