We are looking for a personal assistant for our Managing Director. Must be able to work long hours and dedicatiand must posses a valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between MD and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence- Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Take dictation and minutes Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant for not less than 3 years
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,
- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
