In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of the marketing team,
working closely with specialists in social media, design, and filming to deepen your understanding of the F&B industry.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional administrative duties,
involving you directly in the heart of the business. You'll assist the CEO who is also the Marketing Director in marketing activities, running errands, managing documentation, and handling license applications, all crucial for the successful launch of new outlets. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to engage in business discussions and marketing planning, offering a unique insight into the business's inner workings.

- Participate in business discussions and marketing planning alongside the CEO (50%): Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, strategy meetings, and marketing planning initiatives, collaborating with the CEO and other marketing team members to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies, including managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will also be involved in some PR-related activities with the CEO in building awareness and connections with KOL, investors, partners, and customers to continuously establish the branding and meaningful relationships with them.
Coordinate tasks across the marketing department to ensure a seamless workflow (15%): Manage and prioritize tasks among the marketing team members and KOL, ensuring deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly. Assist CEO on marketing work like updating website, material printing, and producing simple artwork from the ready template using Canva.
- Manage payment transactions (10%): Upload and manage payment transactions incurred for the outlets. Handle documentation for the CEO and ensure timely communication for different stakeholders involved.
Record meeting minutes with clarity and accuracy (5%):
Ensure that all meetings attended with the Marketing Director are accurately documented, capturing key discussions and decisions effectively.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips (5%):
Arrange travel logistics for business trips, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and coordinate schedules to optimize the Director's travel efficiency.Liaise with government authorities for licensing, permits, and documentation (5%): Handle communications and paperwork related to licensing, permits, and compliance requirements with government agencies. Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted promptly.
- Manage other ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations of the marketing work and caf outlets (5%): This includes task like replying WhatsApp messages from customers, suppliers, potential candidates, facilitating interviews for barista, replying to Google reviews, and preparing materials for meeting.
A minimum of a Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Malay, Chinese, and English. All races are encouraged to apply
