To assist the Chief Marketing Officer in coordinating meetings, events, business development, personal, and operational matters, and handle internal and external communication.
Filter queries, phone calls, dealing with appointments, emails and respond to invitations and other requests for the Chief Marketing Officer
Act as a liaison between the Managing Directors, leadership team, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective work and collaboration.
Coordinating closely with relevant departments, managers to ensure that the Chief Marketing Officer instruction and requirements are met.
Perform secretarial, and filing tasks while maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the Chief Marketing Officer
Coordinate daily schedules and appointments of Chief Marketing Officer and provide assistance during client engagement activities.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Marketing Officer to facilitate smooth operations.
Performs usual office routines, plus assembles confidential material according to instructions, prepares summaries of confidential documents, and maintains confidential files.
Ensure the Chief Marketing Officer environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
Provide required assistance and support for other tasks including but not limited to other assigned jobs or special projects.
Proactive, pragmatic mindset, innovative and self-driven.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Preferable candidates with proven experience as personal assistant/Executive Assistant.
Experience working in the travel industry and/or concierge will be a huge additional point.
Good oral and written communication skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as the role require to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
Willing to work Georgetown, Penang
