Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and manage correspondence, reports, documentation, and schedules.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Assist Production and other departments with administrative needs.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the director.
  • Handle general office administrative duties.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and security.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
  • Handle other tasks and assignments as required, supporting the Manager / Directors personal and professional needs.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma & Degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as required to deal with China colleague.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel.
  • Independent, prudent, meticulous and committed personality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
