Job Description

As a Personal Assistant, your key responsibility is to support your direct superior in his day-to-day business and consulting activities.

  • Key responsibilities:
Coordinate daily schedules and appointments of Director and provide assistance during client engagement activities
  • Assist in virtual event setup and preparation of presentation slides and other event materials during seminars and events
Managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the management of daily business operations and general affairs
Assist in the tracking and monitoring of departmental performance against targets
  • Assist with Director's personal tasks and errands as needed.


  • Key requirements:
At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Experience working in the field of digital marketing will be a plus point.
  • Good oral and written communication skills: English
Willing to travel.
  • Responsibility, Punctuality, Team Work, Self Discipline, Initiative, Problem Solver
Ability to Film / Edit Video is a plus point.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

Monday to Friday
